There is nothing like some delicious Homemade Peanut Butter Fudge! I am such a sucker for easy to make desserts. The first time I ever made some, I used this two ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe. Talk about easy to make! Perfect for the holidays or some fun with kids on a Snow day.
What you will need to make your own Homemade Peanut Butter Fudge:
1- Peanut Butter can ( you can use any kind of peanut butter for this fudge recipe)
1- Pillsbury Frosting ( You can use the whipped kind as well)
This is so easy to make you can easily make a chocolate version as well! Just swap out the peanut butter for some melted Nutella, yum!
When I first made this easy peanut butter fudge recipe; I will say I felt it needed more peanut butter. The next time I made it I used only half of the frosting. That was my personal taste preference so do what you like!
Melt the frosting and peanut butter in a microwave for around 10 seconds ( it should be almost liquid as pictured above). Basically until it is almost melted ( not burnt) to mix in a bowl together. Next line your container for the fudge to set in with parchment paper. I let this set in my fridge for 2 hours and it was ready to serve!
The consistency on this fudge once set is on the softer side.
