We really enjoy marinating our meats, especially to grill or toss in the Slow Cooker. This Marinated Dill Chicken Recipe is extremally flavorful. You can easily meal prep this for a freezer meal or for lunches during the week. We whipped this marinate up in the morning and just cooked it up for dinner later on in the evening.
What you will need for this Marinated Dill Chicken Recipe:
3-4 boneless Chicken breast although any type of chicken or meat work
2tbs. Lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic diced
1/4 tbs. of Olive Oil
1tsp. Balsamic vinegar
1-2 tsp. of Honey
A few Chopped stems of dill or use a few shakes of dillweed spice
Salt and pepper to taste
Place off the the ingredients into a Ziploc bag. Remove the air and seal it. You can store this in the freezer for later use or the fridge to let marinate before using that day. I would recommend letting the chicken marinate for at least 2hours before cooking it.
Once you are ready to use the marinated chicken just remove from the bag and place on your grill or in a frying pan. Cooked until the chicken is completely cooked through and no longer pink. We serve this over a bed or rice and vegetables. You could easily substitute what side you enjoy. I hope you found this Marinated Chicken recipe helpful.
