Two things I absolutely love eating are: anything with buffalo Chicken dip and bread! I make Buffalo Chicken wing dip for all sorts of occasions usually sporting events. If you have ever been to the Buffalo, New York area you probably have had this famous dip. Super easy to make and makes a perfect side or party favorite. Here is the way I make my Buffalo Chicken Bread Rolls Recipe.
What you will need to make this Buffalo Chicken Bread Rolls Recipe:
2-4 tbs of Hot sauce ( I use Franks) to your personal taste.
1-2 Chicken Breast ( for this I cooked chicken in my slow cooker and then shredded it)
1/2 cup of Shredded Cheese
16 ounce container of Sour cream
1 bar of Cream Cheese ( use the whipped kind for easy mixing)
4-6 tbs. of Ranch dressing
Bread dough of some kind, I generally make my own but any will do!
To make the dip simply add al the ingredients along with your chicken to a slow cooker. Place on low for 1-2 hours or until your chicken is cooked through. When it is fully cooked I add another 1/2 cup of cheese and give it a good stir. Next I roll out the dough and spread the dip on. I rolled them up and placed them on a tray. I used our air frier to save time. Simply place them on broil until the bread it cooked and you have these delicious Buffalo Chicken rolls.
Serve with celery, carrots, tortilla chips and more dip. Great for Football tailgating, parties, camping or just a fun night at home. Did you find this Buffalo Chicken Bread Rolls Recipe helpful?
