This southwestern ranch dip recipe is hand down one of the easiest to throw together. You literally need a few ingredients yet it packs a huge amount of flavor. I like to create this for our Taco Tuesday Nights, family gatherings or any sporting events that need a little tailgating side dish. Mind you I pair mine with vegetables you can easily use it exclusively with pretzels, ritz cracker or tortilla chips.
What you will need to make this Southwestern Ranch Dip:
.42 oz. packet of mayonnaise ( or a healthy dollop)
Southwestern Dip mix ( found this one at my local Dollar Tree Store)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup of Whipped Cream cheese
Mix all the ingredients together until a whipped almost smooth consistency. What do you serve dips with? I would love to know in the comments below! I try to use up what we might have in our fridge. This particular dip also works great as a taco sauce if you wanted to use it like that instead. I just place in a Ziploc bag and squeeze onto our burrito or tacos.
