We have been huge fans of the Hotel Transylvania franchise ever since the first movie. Hotel Transylvania 4 will be released on Prime Video January 14th. We got a sneak peek of the film! Returning to the screen our favorite characters, Mavis (Selena Gomez), Johnny (Andy Samberg), Drac (Brian Hull) and Van Helsing’s (Jim Gaffigan)!
Synopsis of Hotel Transylvania 4:
Drac and the Pack are back, like you’ve never seen them before in Hotel Transylvania: Transformania. Reunite with your favorite monsters for an all-new adventure that presents Drac (Brian Hull) with his most terrifying task yet. When Van Helsing’s (Jim Gaffigan) mysterious invention, the ‘Monsterification Ray,’ goes haywire, Drac and his monster pals are all transformed into humans, and Johnny (Andy Samberg) becomes a monster! In their new mismatched bodies, Drac, stripped of his powers, and an exuberant Johnny, loving life as a monster, must team up and race across the globe to find a cure before it’s too late, and before they drive each other crazy. With help from Mavis (Selena Gomez) and the hilariously human Drac Pack, the heat is on to find a way to switch themselves back before their transformations become permanent. My Hotel Transylvania 4 critique: {{{SPOILERS}}}
We have loved the previous movies as I stated above. This movie fits right in and continues the storyline. I love the concept of turning a new chapter in all of their lives. Giving Mavis, Hotel Transylvania is such a huge step for Drac. With all the feelings of growing up, moving on and learning acceptance. The themes are great for both kids and adults. We loved the animations and colorful new version of the characters. Worth a watch if you enjoy the previous movies!
