This Festive No-Bake Cookie Dough Bite Recipe is for all you dough loving people. My spouse loves to eat raw dough. When I saw this mix at our local Dollar Tree, I was rather excited to make some fun festive appetizers to bring to Holiday and Christmas themed parties. Anyone else excited to entertain?
What you will need to make this Festive No-Bake Cookie Dough Bite Recipe:
3 tbs. Soft Butter or margarine
1/3 of a Cream Cheese package
Optional: Sprinkles
In a mixing bowl, combine the soft butter and cream cheese. Dump the Cookie dough mix into the box. I used my fingers to mix it together because trying to use the fork was a FAIL. Once you mix it to a sticky consistency start to roll out your bites. I placed them on a plate as I rolled to keep things organized.
The No-Bake Cookie dough mix came with a package of chocolate. I simply added it to a glass bowl with a few drops of oil and microwaved for 10-20 seconds. Next, drip the melted chocolate on the bites. Place them into the refrigerator to set for 1-2 hours.
We tried a few of these boxed mixes. Some we decorated with sprinkles but our favorite are the ones we covered in chocolate. You can see come of our creations above.
