I just love making bread now! I used to be so intimidated and now I can whip up homemade bread like it was nothing. Today, I am sharing my 5-Ingredent Banana Bread Recipe.
What will you need:
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup WARM water
4-5 cups of Bread Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 packet of Active Dry yeast (1 tsp.)
Optional to add 1 cup of sugar if your bananas are not sweet (or ripe) enough.
Mix ingredients together in a bowl (make sure to use warm not hot water). Cover and let sit to rise. I allow it to rise for at least 3-4 hours. You can of course let it set longer if you want. Spray a oven pan and bake at 400-425 degrees for around 30 minutes. Check to see if baked all the way through with a tooth pick.
