Rainy day Project Just My Style Tie Dye Kit

Rainy day Project Just My Style Tie Dye Kit: “I’ve never met a tie-dye shirt I didn’t like.”

Rainy day project

When it rains in our neck of the woods it seriously seems to UNLEASE! We needed some fun indoor activities to help fight cabin fever. We have done Tie Dye shirts at different vacation places but never from home or “Unsupervised”. Since we are beginner’s we took our time read the directions and surprisingly it was super simple!

Side note: Dollar Tree now sells clothing for you guessed it a $1 so i picked up a few extra to make as gifts! perfect activity but also a great way to start thinking of the Holiday season.

Once we dyed our shirts we let them sit overnight in plastic zip bags. I wanted maximum color so gave them a quick rinse then hung to dry. These (pictured above) are how they came out! I have to say they turned out so much better than I imagined! Not only was the kit super easy but we had a ton of fun creating the different designs suggested. I did five shirts and we still have three colors left over, we never used. I am saving them for the next crafty shirt session! Was this “Rainy day Project Just My Style Tie Dye Kit” post helpful?
