I was searching the inter-webs for new recipes that utilize items in my pantry and freezer. I came across this one and decided to give it a go. My first attempt was a tad bit watery for my taste. After a few tries I finally have the consistency we enjoy, so enjoy!
What will you need:
1-2 pounds frozen meatballs, I did whip up a batch for this recipe
1 can of Beef Broth, I used a 16 once can
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese
You can use any noodles, today we used spaghetti because it’s what we had
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of basil & oregano optional
Start by searing your meatballs with oil until brown on all sides. I use avocado oil but you can use what you prefer. Cook your noodles as directed on the box while you make the “sauce”. Next dump your beef broth in and spices. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese.
Add cooked noodles and stir together.
Serve & Enjoy!
