Spaghetti Balinese Recipe

 During this Pandemic I have been really going back to making things from scratch! Today, I am delighted to share my Spaghetti Balinese Recipe thanks to the wonderful folks at Vermont Wagyu. They provided the delicious naturally raised 100% full-blood Wagyu beef. Ingredients for recipe

What you will need:

1 pd of 100% full-blood Wagyu beef

3 cloves of garlic (diced)

1 Small onion (diced)

Olive oil (about a tablespoon)

1-2 Can of tomatoes (diced) or you can use fresh

2 small cans of tomato sauce

2 packets of  gravy mix

Spaghetti

Small glass of wine (Optional)

Wagyu beef

How to prepare:

1. Heat oil in a large, lidded pan and add the onion, garlic & sauté for 5 minutes. Add the beef mince & cook for 3-4 minutes.

2. Next add the chopped tomatoes, sauce, gravy packets, & red wine to the pan. Cover & cook for 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil & cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes.

4. Drain well and add to the sauce. Using a spaghetti spoon toss the pasta through the sauce.

Plated Spaghetti dish

 Serve with some Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and Enjoy!
