The book, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night. Why did I chose this book?
We started off our year by getting meals under control! While we typically eat three meals a day, snacking is our downfall. Also eating sweets at night, right before bed! For mornings, I would completely skip breakfast and load up on creamer with a side of coffee! Digging into this book, I realized that my habits aren’t THAT unhealthy they just needed some fine tuning!
