From classic spring rolls to fresh rolls I love eating these. I was especially excited when I realized just how easy they were to make at home!
What you will need:
1 small cabbage,shredded
bean sprouts (optional)
4-5 mini carrots ( we used 2 large organic)
small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 -1/2 toasted sesame oil
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
salt & pepper
spring roll wrappers
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 1/4 cup toasted sesame
oil. Once oil is hot, add shredded cabbage, carrots and onions.
Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes until vegetables start to soften. Add
garlic and bean sprouts. Add an additional 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil,
if you prefer.
Cook and stir an 2-3 additional minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Be sure to taste and adjust as needed.
These look so good and would pair great with the teriyaki chicken I'll be making this week! Thank you so much for sharing at Creative K Kids Tasty Tuesdays. I'm going to pin this to the Tasty Tuesdays Board. We would love for you to link up again with us this week!
