I have been trying some great recipes lately but I needed to ring it in a bit. I am usually a steak and potatoes kind of girl. I found a new steak recipe to try out and we loved it! Enjoy the Sherry Wine Demi-Glace Sirloin Steak with mashed potatoes and balsamic Brussels sprouts.
What will you need:
Brussels sprouts
Balsamic
1-2 tbs Olive Oil
2-3 Potatoes
1 individual size milk
2 Sirloin Steak
Add the Brussels sprouts to a oven sheet, olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper. Broil on LOW for around 5-10 minutes.
Next fry your steak according to how you enjoy it. For example I enjoy my rare so I only fry it around 2-minutes per side.
Boil the potatoes until soft. After they are soft add milk, butter and mash them.
I decided to try Home Chef a few weeks back. The three meals they sent us were so tasty I will be signing up for more! I know some of you hate grocery shopping in the winter weather so I decided to share!
Here is $30 off your order, Click HERE. Each recipe we try have been added to our weekly meals with a few tweaks to make them more appropriate to our families likes!
