Buying new Appliances at Best Buy

Last year we won several times at bingo. Why am I telling YOU this? I thought I would share what I spent the money on. I also want to share some of the HORRIFIC experiences we had along the way! I truly hope this helps some of you, do your research!!

I kept my bingo winnings and added to it over the year saving enough to replace all of our appliances. I thought after owning my home now for almost 13 years it was a nice time to splurge! While I do still stand behind this idea, I will say it MATTERS which store you purchase your appliances from ! Our closest Best Buy is about an hour from us so I typically try to shop local. NEVER again after the experiences we had (still having actually)! I purchased our stove at another store locally ( I will leave their name out but if you are clever enough you can pinpoint which store, think “orange”). The stove was delivered by a third party (basically guys who rented a van and threw it in our home) and came faulty (the burners are not lined up and are burning the top of the stove finish off). This particular model has since been recalled and we are still waiting for the replacement 4 months LATER! My washer and dryer combo was bought at Best Buy ( thank goodness)! They delivered them with a week and even installed them! Plus, they have a wonderful guarantee and geek squad protection plan. Now, I did a lot of research to models, brands to pick the best fit for our family. Applances can be expensive so you really need to do your research and Best Buy will even Price match!
