Just trying to add more salads to my lunch menu. I have to say it has been so hard to find recipes that fill you up enough for the next meal. I have found a few so I will be sharing them in the next few weeks! As always they have been inspired by our Home Chef meals but I enjoy changing them up a bit and sharing them with you!
What you will need:
1 package of Roasted Chicken Breast
Ranch Dressing to taste
1 oz. Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
2-3 Grape Tomatoes
3-4 Mushrooms (optional)
