Everyone needs to take a break. To rest, relax and recharge. This past Holiday weekend I decided to get out of town with my spouse. We tried out a new Bed & Breakfast closer to home. It was to the Canandaigua, New York area we had never visited before. As I was getting ready for the weekend I decided to talk about some of the items I packed. Since it was a quick trip I did not need to many toiletries! I hope you fine these suggestions helpful.

My phone was a MUST have. Since it was a trip without my son I need my phone for any emergencies that may happen while we were gone. I also like to call my son and say good night” to him daily. Since it was in a more remote area in the Finger Lakes I used my Verizon MotoZ Force on the Unlimited plan. I have to say we seem to always have service and I enjoy the fixed monthly charge! I also brought along my Hasselblad zoom camera attachment so I did not need to lug my DSLR camera. I could get great photos without packing more camera equipment.
I brought along one face mask. I love to feel pampered when I am trying to unwind and these are relatively inexpensive. They are also small to pack in any size luggage. I also brought along my Mouthwatchers electric toothbrush. We made the switch from conventional brushed to electric a few months back and never looked back! I just pack an extra battery and really vola perfect for trips
I also brought my new fragrance love, PINK by Victoria Secret Sun Kissed. Good luck finding it because it is limited addition and usually sold out both online and in stores. If you can try the scent it has hints of more spicy undertones but not to masculine.
Last great packing suggestion are elegant jewelry. I love packing plain clothing I can dress up with statement jewelry pieces. This helps transition my outfits from day to evening easily. Taking a trip a few hours away or for the weekend to just recharge. I can’t wait to share about our experiences in Canandaigua New York throughout this little trip. It was wonderful to get away and I hope you enjoyed what I personally packed!
