Teriyaki Chicken with Mango Rice is a great recipe for dinner you will be sure to enjoy. It even has my son’s stamp of approval which can be a bit tricky.
What you will need:
Package of boneless chicken
3-5 splashes of French’s Worcester Sauce
2 TBS. Teriyaki Sauce ( I used one from Aldi)
Few shakes of Paprika
Sliced Mushrooms ( optional)
1 Mango diced
1 Small red onion diced
1 Roma tomato diced
1 Lime
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 green pepper diced
Few chopped cilantro (optional)
Rice ( I used half a box but my family eats a fair amount)
Add the Package of boneless chicken, Teriyaki Sauce, shakes of Paprika,
Sliced Mushrooms and the French’s Worcester Sauce in a oven pan. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
Start boiling the water for the rice and follow the rice cooking instructions. Next mix the salsa that will be later added to the rice. Add the diced Mango, small red onion Roma tomato, Lime juice, can of crushed pineapple and green pepper together.
Once the rice has cooked add the salsa to the mixture. I add a few splashes of the French’s Worcester Sauce and let it cook a few seconds.
Once the chicken has cooked thoroughly you can then plate over top the rice.
This is such a flavorful dish that just about anyone can appreciate.
Serve & Enjoy!
