Fall is finally here and I am so excited! I love a nice warm days with temperatures cooling off in the evening. It is a perfect time to clean out your pantry and get ready for Fall and soon winter time. After I give my pantry a good fall cleaning I love to get outside and enjoy the last few warm days we have left! When, I get ready to leave my house I need something to help keep my thirst at bay. After scanning the sports drink isle in Wegmans I found BODYARMOR.

What’s BODYARMOR you ask?
It is a premium sports drink with potassium that is also packed with electrolytes, coconut water and vitamins! It has natural flavors, sweeteners and NO artificial colors, unlike many “sports drinks” on the market. BODYARMOR comes in 8 flavors: fruit punch, orange mango, strawberry banana, tropical punch, lemon lime, mixed berry, grape and blackout berry. My personal preference are the flavors Grape and Strawberry Banana. They taste natural but not over powering. I simply grab one out of the fridge on my way out the door and I am set to enjoy a great workout.
I love the size too because I can toss it in my hiking bag or place in my car’s cup holder. Anything that taste great, easy to access and will travel on the go with my busy schedule is such a win. Ready to try the new drink on the market a try?
