We have had the pleasure of reviewing the wonderful Tessemae Dressings the last week. I have created some great recipes that I know you will find just as mouth watering! First up a new favorite the Lemon Garlic Whiting.

What you will need:

Tessemae Lemon Garlic dressing

1 dash of Orange Ginger

1 dash of Parsley

1 cup Panko crumbs

2 eggs

4-5 Whiting (fish fillet)

1 cup flour

1/2 cup coconut oil (to fry in)

First mix the flour, Parsely, Orange Ginger together. Add the Panko crumbs to another bowl. Whisk the eggs and 2 tbs. of Tessemae Lemon Garlic dressing. Heat your coconut oil in a frying pan to let it melt and get nice and hot before adding the fish.

Tessemae’s organic dressings, marinades, and condiments are the perfect enhancement to these delicious foods –they use real, whole sourced food ingredients and are now certified USDA organic. I added this to the egg mixture and it adds a wonderful flavoring to the fish!

Dip the thawed fish into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and then to the crumbs. After add to a pan of hot coconut oil and let fry. Turning over as it becomes golden brown and cooked.

If you enjoy a nice crispy texture you can add to a baking sheet and pop in the oven for a few minutes at 350. This recipe is SUPER easy after they are baked serve and enjoy!
