Travel: Juniper Restaurant

It has been a whole hot minute since we visited Washington D.C. A few months back I promised a full review of the Juniper Restaurant and today I am gracing you with just that!

Juniper Restaurant is located inside the Fairmont Washington, in Georgetown.

It is an upscale, classic dress attire. Enjoy a Summer night date or an afternoon wedding luncheon here. We choose for a family dinner!

They serve a modern American regional cuisine, utilizing fresh, locally grown and sustainable ingredients. Their Chefs stay up to date on increased popularity of comfort food trends while creating classic American menu offerings of delicious, old-time recipes with modern and artistic presentations in our DC restaurant.

The famous Honey Wheat Bread with butter is made with their VERY own rooftop honey bees! Oh, my do I recommend a taste of this decadent treat!

I enjoyed the Grilled Strip Loin entree with “artichoke and pomme purée, green beans and fennel,
port wine demi-glace”.

Every bite of this dish was mouthwatering and delicious!

My handsome son ordered the homemade Mac and cheese!

We celebrated a wonderful trip to Washington D.C.

If you missed out on all of our fun check it out HERE.

If you want a nice family dinner away like us this is such a great place to dine. Choose an outside patio seat and enjoy the fountains and gardens surrounding you!

Finish off your evening with another favorite treat of mine a BeeTini!
