Giving back has always been a big part of my life.
They say: “those who give have compassion and enduring love for others”.
We purchase and collect items throughout the year for our annual 500 Care package donation. We spend our own money to bless others.We believe that when money moves, better things happen! This is what lies at the heart of the new Western Union “Chain of Betters”project.
It’s an idea that empowers people with the opportunity to change the
lives of others. As the money moves around the world, creating a chain
of good deeds, together we can start to change lives in ways we wouldn’t
have imagined was possible.
As a society we need to be an example for others. A beacon for light and
love. Compassion, empathy, respect and understanding. These are things
my son and those around me will see through my example. This isn’t just saying money moves for better. This is proving it, together.
*You can give even if you do not have much.
*Giving is better than receiving.
*Give even to those who are not deserving, in your eyes, because you are planting seeds.
*Giving makes YOU humbled. I don’t do it for glory, a ticket to an after
life, a spot in the paper, I do it for me. I learn so much every year
passing out care packages and gifts to homeless. I learn to use MY
manners and to be grateful! Grateful for what we have and our ability to pass along our blessings.

have children I encourage you to bring them along. They need to see it
only takes a few bad choices to have nothing BUT there is always someone
around who is willing to lift you back up. Help stimulate economies and make individuals’ lives more rewarding and fulfilled. Give back this Holiday Season not just to impact the lives of others but to impact yours as well!
