We decided to take my son to Niagara Fall, Canada for his 6th birthday this year. It has been a tradition to celebrate as a family and this is where he decided he wanted to go! After arriving in Canada we parked our car at the Table Rock House and headed to Edge Waters Restaurant for some lunch!
Conveniently located across from the falls and in front of the Skylon Tower!
I was so famished from all the traveling that it didn’t take very long to figure out what I was in the mood for. It was a bit humid so we opted to sit by the falls-view outside under the terrace.
Not only did it keep us cool and comfortable it provided some great scenic views. Perfect time to snaps some selfies or video the breath taking waters rushing over the falls edge.
Although a more upscale menu, atmosphere they have some children activities and special menu! My son enjoyed this and it timed perfectly with our order. Service took about 15 minutes from sitting down to placing plates in front of us which in a busy tourist town with lots of patrons I have to say impressed me!
The food, oh the food is right up there with the upscale atmosphere. The menu is a comfortable price range for the area and attractions and the flavoring both delivered and satisfied!
I ordered the steak sandwich and it was so savory and mouthwatering I am craving another bite as I type!
What we liked: Fast, accurate service without writing anything down! Wide range of menu choices and price points! Kid friendly, clean and well organized!
What could be Improved: Our Server was a bit lacking in personality. I suppose working in a tourist town, waiting on tables gets a bit redundant but I enjoy the personable waiter or waitress myself!
Overall Rating: We enjoyed our meals, will be visiting again and would recommend.
