Eggs Benedict Recipe
What you will need:
(For a serving of 4)
5 eggs
2 English Muffins
bacon or ham
1 lemon or lemon juice
2 tbs. White vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
To make the sauce: add 3 egg yolks to a glass boil atop of boiling hot water. Salt, pepper, 1 tbs. vinegar, lemon juice and whisk.
Cook until the consistency is that of a custard.
While that is done pan fry your bacon or ham.
After those are done I fry toast my English muffins in the flavored grease pan.
Now it is time for the eggs! Boil water with 1 tbs. vinegar. Swirl around so the water create a tunnel and break a egg in the middle. This helps the egg sink and rise to the top once it is cooked!
This is how I plate our Eggs Benedict!
Serve & Enjoy!
