I was a lucky blogger who saw the Blue Man Group performance in NYC, July 16th 2015. Above you will see a photo from that afternoon! I did not know what to expect from the show. I have maybe heard it was musical and theater and that is about it.
It is a show with live music both traditional instruments and neat “pipe” creations! The blue trio have you moving in your seats from the very beginning with paint, recycled paper and humor.
I don’t want to give to much away because it really would spoil the show itself. I will say there are fun creations passed out throughout the show, audience participation and interactive times with the performers. This show has some weird twists along the way but over all a great interactive display!
They describe themselves as: The Blue Man Group combines music, technology and comedy to create a form
of entertainment that defies categorization and appeals to people of
all ages. Blue Man Group’s shows have been described by critics as
“innovative”, “energetic”, and “wildly entertaining”.
