We were sent a Boardwalk Cornbread Beer Bread Mix and I wanted to share. there is literally nothing to this “recipe” except mix the ingredients and then bake.
What you will need to make this Boardwalk Cornbread Beer Bread:
1/2 Stick of Butter
1 Bottle of beer (I used Bud Light)
1 Box of Boardwalk Beer bread Mix
MY SECRET INGREDIENT, Maple Syrup (optional)
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Spray a oven bread pan with non-stick spray and pour in the mixture in. Place in the oven and cook until golden brown. While it did turn out and we enjoy it I will stick to my normal recipe when it come to both beer bread and cornbread. Do you have a way you enjoy cornbread? I know many people add corn to theirs I do not. If you want some other great bread recipes from scrtach check some out on this website. I have everything from French bread to 6 Ingredient Zucchini no knead Bread recipe.
Liz, thank you for trying our corn bread! I am curious, how did the syrup work in the mix? Sounds delicious and I look forward to trying it. I went to high school in Williamsville and love that part of the country. Cornbread and chili were staples for us, especially during the winter!
I've never even seen that brand anywhere. But, if I do, I'll pick up a bottle of Blue Light and try the concoction.
I have never heard of this brand or tried cornbread beer bread mix,but it looks good though. This would be something i would have to try
