Hi, My name is Liz and I am a MOM! A few months back I took the 21- Day Challenge with Listerine and well, I converted completely. Basically you pledge to switch out your old mouthwash and use Listerine consecutively for 21 days. You can check out the pledge here. Look at my teeth (above) they are happy & clean!! I wish I could say my family was as excited as I was. But, like troopers they tried it and now, like I said, we have completely switched!
But, summer is approaching and
I want my family to be totally taken care of! As any Mom knows, it takes
a lot to run a household. We worry about our children’s hygiene, sun
rays, scraps, BO-boo’s the list is endless.
So I stocked up on some essentials at Walgreens, for the Summer months ahead as mentioned. I am so excited to sit back relax or run wild and crazy through the sunshine! I love my family and want to have fun whilst keeping them clean, safe and well protected!
They say after 30 days something can become a habit but it only took us 21 days! Outside, putting our feet in the sand, bicycling around, walking and just overall enjoying the sunshine is in our future months. Try some of these product and let me know what you think! What brands do you use?

Oooooh I love this!! I am oral hygiene obsessed!! Hahaha I wonder if I should switch to listerine?!?! The frozen one is tempting me hahah
My mom works for a dentist and she's given me samples of the Listerine smart rinse and zero. I really like them. Usually the ones with alcohol make my mouth burn (I don't know if that's normal or not haha) but this stuff doesn't. So glad you had such a great experience with these!
Yay! I'm a Dental Hygienist and I really like Listerine. It is a proven antiseptic rinse (kills bacteria) that even though it can be drying, is really effective! Way to go on making it a habit!

Ever since I (finally) got into the habit of flossing and using Listerine every night, I can't not do it! My mouth feels dirty without it!
