Raspberry Tart Recipe
What you will need:
1/2 cup flour
1 carton of Dricolli’s Raspberries
2-3 tbs. Honey (or you can use sugar to sweeten)
Create crust by adding flour, 1/4 water and salt into a bowl. Knead and then lay out flat as shown above. While you are mixing mash raspberries, 1/4 water, 2-3 tbs honey into a sauce pan and heat. Once the mixture turns to a jelly texture remove from heat and spread onto crust, as show above.
Roll the pastry up and slice into tarts!
It is ok if you spill out the jelly mixture just place on a non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
