Wild Blueberries Smoothie Recipe

What you will need:

Wild Blueberries ( this is the brand I used)

Apple

Frozen strawberries or any fruit you prefer

Ice cubes

2-3 cups of water ( We used SILK Cashew milk)

1/2 Lemon

3-4 tbs honey for sweetness

Place the fruits, honey, water and lemon into a blender.

I like to add the Ice cubes last to help cool the mixture as it blends.

Blend until everything is consistent with a smoothie texture.

Serve & Enjoy!

Cashew is my favorite nondairy milk. It makes smoothies so rich and creamy!

When I was in NY, we would go picking for Wild Blueberries in Upstate NY. I loved picking up the berries and putting them into pies. Your smoothie recipe is so wonderful.

Fantastic and healthy. I am always looking for healthy smoothies for my daughter. I like to watch her dairy intake.

This looks amazing! I'll have to make this with my favorite hazelnut milk. 😀
