Steak Kabobs Recipe
What you will need:
Vegetables diced, your preference ( I use peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Steak diced into cubes
marinade ( I used Jamaican jerk, splash of Pepsi & Soy sauce)
Marinade the steak for about an hour before you cook them.
Place on skewers and grill until cooked to your liking (I love my steak rare)
You can pair them with several dishes or dinners!!
They are a great Spring & Summer fun food to have. I like to get creative with them and add different things or try new marinades!!
Yummy! I love making kabobs…especially in the summertime, to grill and eat outside. (Living in Indiana, we also get cold winters.) Thanks for sharing these great ideas.
