I decided to give you all a glimpse of the fun we have been having in the last few weeks. Thanks to a dear friend of mine we had FREE tickets to the Wine Festival this year! It has been a few years since we attended this event but it if one that I have to say, I really enjoy & love!
Our tickets included these awesome bags which hold 6 bottles of wine & a tasting glass. Luckily in my part of WNY we are blessed with wine trials.
So many wineries, hard to hit them all in one trip. This festival is such a great way to try out local wineries at once!
This year they housed two huge buildings full of wineries & products to try to and taste test. They even had photo props areas which we just so happened to take advantage of.
Lots of interesting items for sale.
I have to say the creative ideas of vendors never stop amazing me.
I loved all the wineries this year. I have some favorite local wineries I loved trying new ones that I had never seen nor heard of. I also enjoyed the wine slushies! If you enjoy wine then you can appreciate the feeling when you find a new one you absolutely love.
They even served FREE Gumbo & dessert!

That look like fun. We have beer festivals here but you have to pay for everything, not very fun at all.

Looks like a good time was had. I live in a city named Grapevine and so of course we have a huge Grapefest each year also.

Wine Tastings are my favorite thing to do, there are some great tastings and festivals in Manhattan as well! 🙂
last time i went to a wine event i got so drunk hahaha luck a frend of mine drove me back home!
Looks like you had a blast. We don't have any wine fests out here, but my dad is friends with some local wineries and sometimes we get freebies or get invites to tastings. Those always are fun.
