Create a Circus Themed Party

Looking for a great, easy Party theme? Create a Circus Themed Party with the following tips tricks and ideas. You know those Pinterest Moms who spend hours putting together parties for their kids? That is definitely me. I love to be creative and DIY most of my son’s theme for his party. It might take me a good week to get everything together but in the end we always have a great time with family and friends. If you have ever been to one of my parties I am sure you would agree we tend to go all out.

First up, how to create these signs pictured above, here.

Circus Themed birthday Party bags

These little bags you can pretty much find anywhere at inexpensive prices. I purchased these at garage sales new in packaging, Michael’s & Dollar tree. I just filled with microwaved kettle corn.

Bean bag clown toss

Since this was a Toddler party I kept the games rather “kid-ish”. Cut this little Circus clown on Dollar Tree board (.69 cents)

Can toss game

Can toss was another great game we played. I just wrapped craft paper over cans. Super Easy and cute.

Ring toss

The last game we used was Ring Toss. Covered Water bottles and tossed pipe cleaners from a craft store molded into “rings”.

Circus Themed Party

Every kids Party needs a “Photo Booth” area. This just gets the kids & adults laughing, smiling and entertained for a good amount of time.
Check out local craft stores for props!

Circus Themed photo props

Here is what it looked like after all the little pieces were put together. I just love how my son’s birthday party turned out!! We had a lot of fun pictures using this photo setup! Have you created a Circus Themed Party? If you do be sure to show us on my Social Media channels @westernnewyorker.

Circus Themed Party

Every year I create a different themed birthday for my son. if you need some inspiration this website has a bunch from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to a Viking Themed Party.

That would be amazing for kids! Except for the ones that have a fear of clowns.

Most children's party has a clown so it might be a good idea to have a circus themed party.

I love this idea! A friend of mine had a circus themed party for her toddler a few months ago and I could not get over how adorable it turned out. Love the popcorn bags.
