Cabbage kielbasa Recipe

Cooking kielbasa

An old recipe but still a good one. You would be surprised just how good kielbasa can be if you grill, bake or cook it with the right ingredients. What you need to make this Cabbage kielbasa recipe:

12inch pan I used my amazing Ozeri  Earth Pan

1  pound  kielbasa, sliced

1  medium-size cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces

1  can diced tomatoes, not drained

1  teaspoon  salt & pepper

1-3 peppers (I used the sweet peppers)

Saute kielbasa in a large nonstick skillet (look amazing that Ozeri  Earth Pan is) over medium-high heat until browned. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon, and drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet. Set aside.

Stir in cabbage into drippings, cover and cook. Stir occasionally, 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Then stir in cooked sausage, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook until thoroughly heated. It appears that you fresh tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes. How many fresh tomatoes did you use?
